We were asked to provide a perfect solution for an award ceremony and gala dinner. After working with the clients to identify their desired event aspirations, we helped them choose from various staging sets and screens to match their venue needs perfectly. We helped plan the event format, scripts, and music to set the appropriate atmosphere for the event. In addition to designing the theme, dressing tables and providing event staff, we also themed the room and provided all the AV equipment.
Our ability to provide a full-service event means we didn’t need to outsource any parts of it – so everything was bundled together and delivered without a hitch. All equipment used for a Surtees event is owned and operated by us.
