The event brief

We have been working with Brakes on their annual conference for a number of years. The event itself is a day night conference, with two days of workshops and keynote speakers and a closing gala dinner with entertainment. The client wanted to update the workforce on the year’s performance and reward them for their efforts.

We provide everything for the events, from pre-event support to source the best locations for the venue and booking the delegate’s accommodation, to AV set and stage design including multiple screens, multi-presenter content and live question and answer sessions. All guests had a comfortable good line of sight to at least one screen.

For breakouts, we use high quality smaller screens and microphones, backstage networking areas for the speakers with a clear view of their presentation area. The venue, and our event production and live and technical support is critical to the success of the event.

We transformed the daytime stage into a glamorous event space for the evening’s gala dinner, where guests enjoyed pre-dinner drinks and canapes before sitting down to an immaculately set table. Guests were welcomed at tables that took centre stage.
